I've always loved to cook, but in 2004 when I found out I had celiac disease I began to feel defeated in the kitchen. Nothing came out the same, nothing tasted right and no one wanted to try my food. Now that I've figured it out, I've created this blog to help others with celiac by sharing my tricks of the kitchen. And since us celiacs don't want to always eat in, I also write about the my good and bad experiences as a gluten free diner.
